1. Prices

The prices against which gift vouchers can be redeemed which are displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of a voucher being issued at or redeemed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the voucher purchase / voucher redemption being made, we will allow the recipient to either obtain a full refund against the voucher or choose to pay the additional difference in price.

 

2. Availability

BSOP sells vouchers which are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated). The experiences in respect of which vouchers may be redeemed are subject to availability. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book well in advance and DO NOT organise travel until the booking has been confirmed by BSOP.

 

3. Booking

Please do not arrive expecting to redeem your gift voucher without first making a booking. BSOP will not be held liable for any costs incurred if you do not follow the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.

 

4. Validity

Each gift voucher is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still inside their expiry date and agreed with BSOP. If the customer or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date then the voucher can be extended, however, this must first be approved by BSOP before the voucher has expired.

 

5. Cancellations

Once your voucher has been used against a product you are bound by the terms and conditions regarding cancellations. Once a date is confirmed it is not possible to change this date unless BSOP agrees to the change. In the unlikely event that BSOP needs to cancel after you have booked a late, we will contact you. In the event of cancellation, BSOP will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.

 

6. Refunds

We're happy to make refunds on unused vouchers bought direct from BSOP within 14 days of purchase. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and they will be refunded directly via the original method of payment. Should this not be possible for any reason, the refund shall be issued by cheque. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account.
